Cheese made according to ancient Dutch recipes from our partners – the family farm Hõbeda Mois (Estonia), supplying us with high-quality goat cheese.

Goat cheeses have a special taste, which, depending on the age of the cheese, ranges from fresh fruit to very spicy, with a nutty aftertaste. But the matter is not only in taste. This category of cheeses is very appreciated among cheese connoisseurs around the world, this is due to the healing properties of goat milk. A creamy cheese with a rich rich flavor and aroma.

The cheese dough is soft, but strong, slightly elastic with small eyes formed during pressing and aging for 2 months. During ripening, the cheese is periodically washed with brine and turned over daily.  

Great for making both regular and hot sandwiches. It fits perfectly with a bright component in cheese and fruit plates. Hard goat cheese goes well with dry and semi-dry white wine. Its easy to melt property allows the use of cheese when baking. It goes well with pasta and vegetables. Delicately complements vegetarian dishes. Ideal for children as well as people allergic to cow’s milk.
