The Saida cheese series is supplied to us from the Estonian manufacturer Saidafarm OÜ. It is an ecological farm with 8 owners, founded in 1992. No toxic chemicals and chemical fertilizers are used during the entire production cycle. Animals are in free range, which contributes to the enhancement of the palatability of milk and cheese.
