Prussia is a hard cheese with a delicate aroma and taste, made from cow’s milk of the highest quality, perfected with the sweet taste of pasteurized cream. In the process of ripening, the cheese is coated with a special wax, which not only provides its presentable appearance, but also allows the cheese to ripen naturally. The minimum cheese ripening period is 3 months.
Prussia goes well with wine, and also adds spice to the dishes. With the help of this cheese it is easy to give any food a special subtle shade. This quality was appreciated not only by amateurs, but also by experts at international exhibitions. Prizes received by this cheese: 2011 – gold medal “Best Product”, exhibition Prodexpo, Moscow. 2004 – gold medal, category “Food Products”, competition “Lithuanian Products of the Year”.
