It is important for lacto-vegetarians – all goat’s hard cheeses from Holland are curdled with non-animal origin microbiological rennet, that is, not a single animal was damaged during the preparation of cheese. And, of course, due to the correct content of goats, the smell of milk and cheese from it in Dutch cheeses is minimal.
