Emmental is a semi-hard cheese with large round eyes, made from unpasteurized cow’s milk. EMMENTAL LIMBAZU has a characteristic fruity-nutty sweetish taste.

It is served as a stand-alone snack on a cheese platter. It goes well with nuts, figs and olives.

Emmental melts perfectly and is suitable both for sandwiches and for making soups, open pies, fondue, pizza.
