The quickest thing you can cook is, of course, spaghetti. Boil and sprinkle with grated cheese. Sun-dried tomatoes and garlic can easily enrich this simple dish.
For something a little more sophisticated, we recommend making baked potatoes with onions and sour cream.
Potatoes – 4 pieces,
Sunflower oil – 1 tablespoon
Sour cream – 125 g,
Onion – 1 head,
Cheese with tomatoes and garlic – 100 g,
Salt to taste,
Ground black pepper to taste.
So, let’s prepare:
1. Bake the potatoes.
2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Combine half the cheese, sour cream, and a tablespoon of chopped onions. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cool the potatoes slightly. Take out the middle with a spoon, leaving the walls a centimeter thick. Transfer the flesh of the potatoes to a bowl and mash with a fork. Combine with cheese, sour cream and onions.
4. Fill the potatoes with the mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
