A series of Saida cheeses is delivered to us from the Estonian producer Saidafarm OÜ. This is an ecological farm with 8 owners, founded in 1992. No toxic chemicals or chemical fertilizers are used during the entire production cycle. Animals are free-range, which improves the taste of milk and cheese.

You can cook cheese pasta with herbs, nuts, sweet peppers, chopping cheese in a blender. For a bunch, put a little sour cream. They add it to soups, especially to vegetarian ones. Thanks to its slightly salty taste, Saida is an ideal base for culinary experiments. Cheese pancakes, fillings for pies and dumplings, sauces are made from it. It melts perfectly in the oven on pastries and pizza.
