Soft salty cheese, rich in vitamins, proteins and minerals, as well as valuable calcium and phosphorus salts. Brynza is the pride of Bulgarian and Romanian cheese makers.

This cheese is made from high quality cow’s milk. Aged in brine for 2 months. When ripe, it acquires a salty, tangy taste.

Delicate cheese goes well with fresh salad, meat, fish, mushrooms, vegetables. Its spicy flavor will add a touch of piquancy to the cooked dish.

Cheese is similar to traditional Greek feta cheese. But it is slightly saltier and has a brittle texture.
