Kalamatsi is an Estonian small master. We make pure farm products from whole milk, low-processed and simple. Kalamatsi went into culinary history as the first goat milk dairy that started working in Estonia. Traditional yogurt, curd, fried cheese, various cream cheeses are prepared in the dairy. Dairy products ripen daily and in small quantities, which ensures the freshness of the products. The milk is provided by free-range dairy goats, which are grazed on grasslands.
